heard comp is street if not slightly above. Good deal flow for EIT especially 

 

I see people posting about 70k for analyst and 90k for associate as base. Not sure if it’s accurate

The MM team is housed under their commercial banking arm, and the pay reflects that.

Base comp is a significant haircut from the capital markets team, and bonuses are 40% of base given you’re essentially in commercial banking.

My understanding was that the team still works hard. 9-9+ the norm on Weekdays, with minimal weekend work, which doesn’t feel quite worth it given the comp. I’d rather work harder for more.

For lateraling to a global team, it would be more preferable than a B4 Transactions group, or nearly any other boutique given the brand and deal flow. That being said, you have almost no interaction with the capital markets groups.
