Tough Spot: Superdays and No Offers to Leverage

Unfortunately I'm in a tough spot with recruiting right now. I've gone through 3 superdays over the past 2 weeks (all at MM firms). I haven't heard back from two (my top choices) and got declined from one. I've been hearing through the grapevine that all these firms gave people with existing offers from rival firms offers, while putting me on hold.

For me, I'm worried by the fact that I don't have any existing offers from other firms to where I can follow up with my top two choices to leverage an offer from them. Although I still want to follow up with them and express interest, I have nothing to show for myself except the fact that "I've been interviewing/in contact and have had superdays elsewhere"... so I'm very unsure as to what to do at this point -- it's been so frustrating that I can't exactly come across as "wanted" by other firms when communicating with my top two firms

What do I do? Any advice would help a ton. Thanks!
