Pay, Exit Opps, Career growth?
I got an offer for 2024 under Transaction Opinions at Houlihan Lokey. I was originally interested in IB, but not set on it because of the hours so I think this could be a good option for me. Lots of work on Building out the valuation, due diligence on the company, appropriate trading comps, research on industry, deep executing on the analytics.
I am just wondering if I ever decide to go into IB, would I be able to? Would I be able to break into PE with this?

What was technical assessment like? I just got an email about a technical assessment for an associate level for TO at HL?
Not bad. I think they asked "is equity or debt cheaper" and stuff about the cost of equity equation on levered and unlevered beta.
