Hey Wso, I was wondering how important are transcripts for recruiting. I have 2 b- and a W on transcript and I am a little concerned that I won’t be able to pass any screens - also considering delaying grad. Do I have any hope?

GPA is an HR screen to see if the GPA you listed on your resume matches your transcript. If your GPA matches your transcript then you’re okay. They just want to make sure you met their minimum standard.
what about grad date? Does start date matter? Or a W? If transcript isnt asked for until later, what is stopping people from lying
Yeah that matters. They’re looking for your graduation date (eligibility for the SA or FT program and that you’re on track to graduate) and your GPA.
Well it doesn’t stop people from lying but there’s going to ask for your grades, and if you lied about your gpa you probably won’t do well in the process if you’re not intelligent enough to get through school.
Alr, so incidifual grades don’t matter right cause it’s only seen after offer is given
It depends on how the shop evaluates. Some boutiques will break down your resume and question why you got a C in a class but if it’s HR evaluating they’ll just make sure that your GPA meets their minimum threshold.
