Transfer GPA Ethical Delimma

I recently transferred from non-target to target. I had a 3.95 at my previous school and it looks like I will have a 3.7 this semester at my new school. Could I put both colleges on my resume with the respective GPA's for each and then have my cumulative GPA (the combination of both) on the top of my resume and on my employer profiles. I have transcripts from both schools. My main dilemma is I don't want to seem like I am conniving, but everyone at my new school's grades are being bolstered by easy freshman year courses, and am wondering if I can use my freshman year to bolster my grades which I feel would give a more accurate representation of my academics. Thanks in advance for your responses.
