Transfer student Treanscript
Hello. Does anyone know the transcript process works for transfers wanting to go into IB. I just transferred to a semi-target that places well. I have about 45 credits from my previous institution and will have about 18 from current semi target institution when recruiting comes around. I just joined an org on campus with great placement and alums in many banks all over NY. Will my transcript get me dinged? Are there any clever ways to get around this transcript problem?
They don’t care, I know plenty of transfers who ended up in the industry.
How does it get overlooked? By HR?
Nobody cares about how many credits you have from either school, only if you’ll graduate on time. You don’t have to make a big deal about transferring either. Just make sure you submit both transcripts to HR for background checks and don’t lie about anything.

I wouldn’t declare any of the things as “facts” but just observations. Don’t worry about it.
