Transfer to target advice

Is it worth it to transfer from a non target to target? I'm in canada, and am halfway through my degree at MRU. My GPA is 3.78, and I have no relevant internship experience. I'm currently doing the fmva course, am gonna join the investment club in the fall, and might have a part time accounting job in the fall. Should I just focus on networking my ass off? Or is transferring just actually more worth it? Thanks.
