Transferring to a Target

Transferred from a non-target (Kelley/Rutgers/GTech) to a high target (Cornell/Columbia/Duke) in pursuit of investment banking recruiting.

I know it's a goal of many people and I'm here to answer any questions or help out. Transferring is a crazy process and requires you to be locked in from day one. It's much different than regular apps so it's good to have a guiding hand. Would love to hear any other transfer stories as well.

What’s the most important thing that schools look for ? I’m at a semi target and want to transfer to a UVA/Duke kind of school? Going into sophomore year
