Truist have long way to go before becoming a RBC or Wells. There's only 1 TMT analyst opening so I'm not exactly sure to what you mean by "actively hiring". If you're referring to the Richmond or Boston positions, I don't think those are valid openings because they have been trying to hire for those positions for a long time. The whole Richmond office jump to Jefferies to start its transportation coverage team during the merger announcement.
