Truist Vs Regional Bank
What's the better offer for either Full Time recruiting going with a SA offer at a regional bank like citizens/fifth third or regions or going with Truist. Which seems like the better option overall with comp included

Truist pays 105k I believe for analyst I, citizens 100 (I think), and I’ve heard Fifth Third pays far below market. Depends on the group you go into. Find out the strong groups at each banks and where you’d be placed.

My impression is that Truist probably has significantly better exits than Citizens/Fifth Third/Regions
Truist has the largest balance sheet by far and, because of that, can probably tap more and larger deals with greater consistency. I'd consider it MM, and the others most likely sit in the LMM space. It's obviously solid compensation, particularly if you're living in Atlanta.
