I see crazy ranges all over the internet for what size bonus an IB analyst can expect to receive after the first year. Some say 25% of salary while others say up to a 100%.
For a 1st year analyst at a BB in new york, what size bonus can you expect? Assume you are middle bucket, decent group (not the best but not the worst), and it's a regular year (i.e. not Covid).
