UBS Cultural Appraisal and Numerical Test
Do these tests actually matter for US recruiting? Said in the email that it's in the piloting phase and won't affect app, but I was still concerned.

I don’t know the answer but I took both. The numerical test was interesting and some questions really made you think. I tried finding a thread here for it but this is the first post I’ve seen about it
Is it like calculating the percentage change from a graph?
