Yes. They are the worst group for junior experience. Turnover there is really bad even relative to UBS standards. They work amongst the longest hours in the bank for no exits.

 

Sponsors should be in that tiering of the really terrible groups like M&A and M&T for this ranking as they have fired analysts unlike most other groups. Rest of the list looks directionally accurate. Tech should be slightly lower as they recently lost the groups number 2 to BofA, but Tech ECM is one of the few bright spots in UBS Americas.
