UBS HK and JPM HK - english or cantonese culture?
Hey Can anyone provide info on what the culture is like at UBS and JPM in hong kong? Do people speak english or cantonese in the office?

depends on group - JPM is all indian not cantos - UBS is mostly white ppl in some but super local in others - most local are CS and UBS out of the bulges tho
for informal conversation, it all depends on who you're talking to. if you're talking to someone who is a native canto then you'll be speaking that language if you're fluent. otherwise, everyone will know how to speak english.
What is the % of locals/foreign workers at these banks? Is the ratio same around most of the HK banks?
