UBS IBD Office Location Lateral
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew how likely it is to lateral from a UBS regional office (think LA, CHI, SF) to either NY office, HK office, or Singapore office. I am an American citizen so I would not need a visa unless I transfer to an APAC office. I am just curious, after the one year mark as an IBD analyst how hard it is to do so for each of these offices and the logistics that would be needed to do so. Also, for the HK and Singapore office is English sufficient or would I need to know Chinese for example? Any insight would be greatly appreciated thank you!
