UBS Internship 1st round - Sonru video interview

Hello everybody,

I am going to have a 1st round video Interview for an Internship at UBS' middle office in a few days.

(Junior Business Manager – Business Process Consultant)

What questions should I expect? Can someone help me to understand better which function am I going to cover?

Here are some that I collected searching here in WSO and around the web:

- Why do you want to work for UBS and the role you applied for?

- Why UBS? What differentiates UBS? What interested you?

- Tell me about the riskiest decision you've made and its consequences.

- How do you deal with difficult feedback?

- How do you keep up with the current industry?

- Tell me about a time when you had to explain complicated things to someone with little knowledge

- Tell me about a time when you worked towards an important deadline

- Tell me about a time when you worked with little guidance

- How you have previously demonstrated skills/behaviors in the past that are relevant to the role you are applying for

Any other advice to pass this interview is more than welcome.

Ok I'll add some of the questions that I've been asked so it can be helpful to someone else:

(I am paraphrasing)

- What would you tell us if we ask you to talk about the world in 40 years?

- Which attributes do you think are important in this role?

- Tell us how do you deal with a difficult argument with a coworker

- How do you keep up with the industry and tell us about a particular topic you are following in these days

I'll add the other three
