Based on previous WSO threads, here's what you need to know about the UBS LevFin interview process:
Initial Phone Screen: Typically, the first round involves a phone screen with an Associate. This round usually includes a mix of behavioral and technical questions.
Superday: If you pass the initial phone screen, you may be invited to a Superday. This can involve multiple interviews with directors, VPs, and MDs. The focus can range from deal-specific questions to behavioral assessments.
Modeling Test: Some candidates may be required to complete a financial modeling test. This could be followed by a debrief session where you discuss your model and answer related questions.
Final Round: The final round often includes interviews with senior team members, such as MDs or Partners. This round can cover a broad range of topics, including your past experiences, technical knowledge, and fit within the team.
