Incoming analyst here. After seeing all this UBS backlash on this page, I am starting to get a bit worried. Is UBS in Europe doing as bad as in the States? How is the London office doing in terms of deal flow, reputation, compensation and exits?

Going to UBS, I’d be super worried if I were you
UBS EMEA is in better shape than Americas franchise but still struggling.
Compensation - nobody is happy with their bonuses but at the same time nobody openly talks about as it might have been worse
Deal flow is not very good from what I've heard and cannot say they do a lot of pitching either.
