Would appreciate it if anyone could tell me any recent UBS led deals, ideally healtchare related for an interview I have this week.

Thank you so much, was really struggling to search for UBS related deals as I could not find any on their website and could not find a way to optimise my google searches. Can I ask what you did to find these so I can do that in the future?
I just googled "UBS M&A recent deals"
first 2/3 results were from UBS own website and then there were some news articles which mentioned deals, copy pasted the target and acquirer with "ubs" in the search thing and it gave me more detailed information about the deal
google can sometimes be a bit annoying when finding deals for smaller banks, but for BB/EB you can usually find deals easily by just searching. For MM finding their own transactions page is usually the best bet
You can’t even find recent M&A deals for UBS. But you had time to search wso, login, create a thread?
They acquired credit suisse, you probably also didn’t know that
They a deal they themselves did. I'm sure in hirevues UBS is looking for companies they were representing or doing financings for. Otherwise, the CS and UBS merger (and spin-offs that came from it like the sale of securitized products to Apollo last March) would be the easiest thing since everyone knows about it.

most of our M&A deals worth talking about have a EMEA or APAC angle.
pure US based public M&A of a size that isnt embarrassing for a BB to talk about......not a lot
