I never actually got a first round, they just rejected my app.
Hey contango2, I got a first round interview and had it last week (it was a phone interview). I still haven't received a decision (although I did get an email saying we would get decisions today. What about you?

Has anyone gotten a second round interview?
So what should we all do? Do we wait or do we email? This is quite stressful because I thought they would at least let us know about our decision.

I was told no-go by e-mail, which was expected.
I got past the first round, and had my phone interview the other day. Got the rejection email last night, does anybody know how many people are accepted to this program?
I heard it was ~20 total.
35 people were invited to superday, first group consists of 19 kids from Columbia, NYU, Princeton and all the schools that are close. The afternoon group consists 15 kids, 3 Cornell, 3 Duke, 3 Harvard, 1 Chicago and some state schools~ 8 from the morning group and 8 from the afternoon group were given offers

I assume given the detailed breakdown that you were invited to superdays?
Yes, I was lucky enough to be invited to the superday. The questions asked were very behavioral and resume based by MD level ppl, and we were also interviewed by Robert Wolf, so the president's internship is actually involved with the president~
the program is not a diversity program as many have mentioned, one black kid, one hispanic, 3 asian females, thats about it~ but it is 50% female
And the ones who made it to the superday are automatically invited to the Sophomore Symposium in May. But I believe the symposium has a larger capacity, so those of you who had first round interviews may get into the symposium, which is pretty awesome
