They are placement agents for PE firms. Not the best on the street, but actually does really well. They have a 90+% success rate. They do mostly MM/UMM fundraisers and some new funds. Note: most super large PE firms have great connections themselves and don't really need placement agents per say. They were the lead on the TA's recent $16.5Bn raise recently for example, which is roughly amongst the largest size of funds that actually use placement agents, as the big MFs rarely do. They are one of the few groups that reject more funds that want to fundraise with them vs not. That's not super rare in the PFM space, EVR for example is basically the top firm and they reject almost everyone that wants to fundraise for them, but still a sign of a good group.

Does anyone else have the AC for UBS PFG? I have this upcoming in the next month and would love to speak with someone in the space / or has an interview with them

Does anyone know where do you find openings at private fund placements, whether at banks or smaller boutique firms? I’ve been trying to find more FT analyst openings but am having a hard time. Would appreciate any insights, thanks!
