I agree - UBS is gonna wait until Q2 to announce non-core

I agree. Their earnings presentation said cost synergies will take place in 2nd half of 2023

Not necessarily. Second half of the year could be Q3 in July / August right after they announce earnings and large cuts could follow very shortly after.
