I agree. Their earnings presentation said cost synergies will take place in 2nd half of 2023
It also gives incoming ft and summer analysts the time to join the firm and then see through the experience
Not necessarily. Second half of the year could be Q3 in July / August right after they announce earnings and large cuts could follow very shortly after.
