What should I expect? How early in the interviews should I ask about their bonuses/hours/exit opps/nightlife?

Are you kidding about asking about pay and night life during an interview? If this is for IB I can assure you won't get an offer if you do that..
First round (for SA) is fairly straightforward, mostly check the box stuff and the standard first round stuff. superday is four rounds long thirty minutes each. Mine was more accounting focused than anything in terms of technicals, but the fit questions definitely made up a large portion of the superday. Just have a good attitude and don't ask retarded questions like the ones you posted.
