If it is it will probably get off to a good start, but then get involved in a few space scandals and its main sponsors will abandon the project. Meanwhile, its top medical assistants will leave for the jefferies probe. During the last stage of launch it will suffer huge losses thus leaving it hopelessly drifting in the abyss of the universe.

actually im not sure... but i think it is pretty compettitive.

edit: i say this in the context of the fact that i got flat out rejected last year, yet managed to get several interviews, land several SA's, and several full-time offers with practically the same resume.

i think there's an essay portion though... spent virtually no time on it which could explain. either way, im sure its a great way to network which never hurts.

editx2: Oh, also, I think the somewhat unspoken backdrop to all these programs is that they are geared towards minorities/women. White/Asian males lose out pretty badly.

would it be appropriate to include something like this on your resume? how about a 2 day or 3 day program (i.e. Credit Suisse's Wall Street Immersion, DB's Boot Camp, UBS discovery days, etc.)

on one hand it obviously isn't work experience but on the other it shows you have shown a strong interest in finance and know at least a little about what goes on at a bank. thoughts appreciated.
