UC Berkeley Econ vs Haas

Hi! I'm at berkeley and have the choice between Econ/Applied Math in 3 years, or Haas/Applied Math in 4 years. If I commit to applying to Haas I can no longer graduate in 3 years if I get rejected and have to major in Econ instead. Graduating early would be nice, and I could enter a position following a junior summer internship earlier. Should I just go for Econ now and graduate early? Or is it worth it to wait and try for Haas even if it means Ill have to go four years. How substantial is the difference between Haas and Econ.
