Currently a second year analyst at DB. Was wondering what the comp looks like at the associate level going forward e.g. Aso0, Aso1, Aso2. Aso3 then VP, Director etc. Some ballpark for bonuses would also be appreciated. I have got a lateral opportunity for another bank but they are both pretty equal in terms of prestige, team and exits so am thinking comp to be one of the deciding factors.
