UK - lateral hiring from abroad

I've seen many, many threads on lateral hiring, but still I feel I don't know much. I'm interested in London.

I hope there are some people who actually conduct lateral interviews, and they could offer some guidance. What questions would you ask a candidate like me (with huge exp)?

6-month long internship at one of the BBs (UBS/DB/BarCap), in June started FT (M&A) at a top MM (Jeff/Lincoln/HL) in Continental Europe. Graduated top of the class from a German target (international student).

Have experience across 6 live deals (mostly chemicals and healthcare) - DCFs, merger models, created many decks (IMs/teasers).

Should I prepare pure technicals / deal experience / industry knowledge? Modelling test? How should I approach the preparation?
