Depends if you want actual IB or just anything within an investment bank.
If the former then it's basically UBS/Lazard (if they even still run this program) and a few boutiques (look for corporate finance).
If the latter, then basically every BB runs placements.

You'll get a return offer if you're good and if the firm gives return offers.
Yeah they still run them - evercore did one this year too

Your best bet is a boutique I know a few that do these. One is recruiting rn I’m aware of.
