I’m unclear about the timeline for recruiting. I’d be starting my new semester at school around the end of January. I was under the impression that recruiting would have kicked off after we begin the spring semester, which would be after we step onto campus at the end of January. Did recruiting kick off before that, like around thanksgiving or something or maybe a bit after?

It kicked off a couple of weeks ago for firms like J.p. Morgan, Blackstone, Guggenheim, and other banks. Diversity programs are currently holding all of their interviews

I think the earliest was Houlihan Lokey back in November
It trickles in over the end of fall semester (diversity, RX, some select banks/groups who just start early) but the majority will start in January

I think my current group sent out notifications around late November but not sure, I may have not been cc’d
