Undecided on where to go for undergrad

European here, want to go into IB, and I'm currently in the process of deciding where to go for my finance undergrad. Still waiting to hear back from a ton of schools, but in the mean time I have offers from the following:

Villanova

UW-Maddison

Fordham

SMU

DePaul

Indiana Bloomington (kelley)

Michigan Flint and Dearborn
All of these offers include admission to the business school.

I have acceptances from other schools such as Arizona, LIU, and a few more, but so far these are the closest to a semi-target I got. Still waiting on the semi-targets and targets (BC, ND, NYU, Middlebury, etc.) and have great faith in them. In the mean time, I was wondering if I could get some feedback on where to go in order to make my battle into IB the easiest. Also, I know Kelly is the best choice here if I get into the workshop, but I'm not to keen on taking that risk.

I have a great resume (6 figure startup and two internships) already, but the college battle is looking harder and harder seen as I am an international student.

Thanks in advance, WSO.
