Undergraduate targets in Europe excluding expensive ones for placement in London?

Hello everyone! I applied to universities last year and was accepted by some great schools, such as UCL, but sadly, I couldn't attend because of my family's sudden financial situation. I really messed up my applications and enrolled at a local university because that was the only option I had left after missing the other deadlines (I really didn't like the university, and it was far from  target). I dropped out and am now looking to reapply to different universities in Europe, aiming for placement in London.

I've found multiple discussions on WSO that ranked universities in Europe, but I never really got a clear picture of what "cheap" universities place well in London. UK unis, Bocconi, HSG, Frankfurt School, and WHU won't work for me because of financial reasons.

Thank you for any answers

PS: I am not only talking about IB, but also ER and AM (if that makes any difference).
