Updated 2023 Compensation Survey
Anyone know where to find an up to date and accurate compensation survey? Ideally looking for base, bonus and portion paid out in cash. I haven’t seen this consolidated by bank since litquidity’s 2023 report and remember us debating the accuracy of that. Does anything like this exist anymore? Helpful for us all to share information with each other for pay transparency since comp has been so brutal this year. I would suggest we do an anonymous google docs survey if nothing exists.
