Eastern European guy here. Started an OC at regional office (think FFM, Paris) at a top BB and hating it. My review has not been good. However, I want to get out of the industry ASAP and believe I need the IBD stamp.
Can I make it? How can I improve my performance in the next 6 months (yes, they extended my internship to 12 months total)? I need practical advice.
