URGENT! Will my offer be rescinded?

I received a SA internship offer for next summer at a BB and signed my offer letter this past July. However, I had to take a medical leave this semester (long story short ended up in the hospital) and now there is a gap semester on my transcript. My original graduation date was December 2022 but it has been pushed back to the Spring of 2023. Will I lose my offer? I will not be able to return next semester to school either since my school has a policy of at least one full semester off for medical leaves and I took mine halfway through this semester. So my current plan is to return in the fall of 2022 and since I have a bunch of transfer credits I can finish in the spring of 2023. I'll definitely be well enough to complete the internship next summer tho. Should I let HR know the situation? And is this grounds for them to rescind my offer. I'm worried if I need to disclose this to them or will they not notice if they never ask for transcripts during the pre employment process. I hope they still keep me since most of the other interns will graduate in the spring '23 anyway.
