Usefel for analysts
I saw these in a SoHo boutique, I bet they could help a lot of people here wake up, especially the first year analysts or summer analysts who have a hard time adjusting to the new schedule of their job.
CLOCKY: This alarm clock will FORCE you to get out of bed. That's because it rolls away, so you have to get out of bed to make it stop ringing. Or: Blowfly Alarm Clock, the same as the clocky version, only it flies! Now who says people working hundred hour weeks can't get some exercise? But seriously, it works, gets you in the habit of getting off the bed.
Tryna get a taxi? Try this: TAXIWAND. It says not to stare directly into it, yet you're supposed to point it at traffic..

It does not help me wake up at all, aside from the novelty value, would not recommend
Alternatively you could always just place your regular alarm clock somewhere away from you bed so that you actually have to get up to turn it off...
This will wake you up- its like a jackhammer.
