Using Last Semester's GPA

Hi Everyone,

I am a sophomore at a target and am looking for possible summer internships. My GPA up to this point has been very high at a 3.9. However, I relaxed a bit this past fall semester and was just a bit tired of school. Although some of my grades have not come out yet, I predict that my cumulative GPA dropped to a 3.77 range.

1st question: Do you think it's okay to use last semester's cumulative 3.9 GPA on my resume for the internship apps that are due soon because not all my grades have come out (still waiting on one?) If I get an interview, can I explain that it was the most current GPA I had but my grades dropped somewhat last semester?

2nd question: Is it acceptable to round a 3.77 to a 3.8 on a resume?

Thanks for all your help and input! Really appreciate it.
