UVA vs. LSE for BB recruiting
Looking to see which would be better for BB recruiting in general (US or UK, I have reason to work in either). Would be doing business/finance at UVA (McIntire) vs. economics/math at LSE. It'd be great to just hear which alums you tend to see more.
Thank in advance for the help.
Pretty simple. Want to work in USA go to UVA. Want to work in UK/Europe go to LSE.
LSE will have everything you need for BB recruiting, but you will be up against much harder competition
L to the S to the E
LSE->Europe UVA->US One point to add: if you are looking for a career in Asia (esp. HK), then by all means go to LSE. I have seen far more LSE grads in HK/Mainland BBs.
UVA doesn't have OCR for DB, BAML, or MS
This is incorrect for MS, and there was BAML SA recruiting as recently as 1 year ago.
LSE!
LSE
