Looking for some help with this. I am currently looking at the deal between Federated Investor and PNC financial for liquidity, equity, and fixed income assets.
Details are: $13.9B assets transferred Incremental income approximate $39M Purchase Price is $52M
I was asked this question: What is price / multiple AUM?
How do I go about this? Unsure of what to do. Any guidance would help.
