valuation tips

Hi Everybody,
I'm new in the group and I have a technical question about valuation.
I have a business who is not mature and want to have an organical growth.
Current shareholders plans to finance this growth Capex by Loan and New Funds from a PE fund.
The BP they give us include this organic growth that is not possible without this new funds.

Now here is my question (maybe stupid but :-) ...)
How to now the value of today business - before funding.
Is it possible to deduct all the new funding from the entreprise value (EV) based on cumulated discounted cash flows....

Thanks
