Yes sue every company that ever has an employee die ever. BofA does NOT literally have >200k employees who are of various backgrounds and ages.
Incredibly tragic but this is probably not BofA's fault... a 25 year old who dies playing sports very likely had an undiagnosed heart issue or an arrhythmia. Long QT for example is rarely diagnosed but can cause this in young athletes.

don't know if this is the same case of someone who had worked multiple 120 hour weeks. he was playing soccer, unfortunately people who are sometimes healthy drop dead doing something cardio-intensive when they have a congenital heart defect or something.
If he was playing soccer I doubt he was overworked or that this happened due to too many hours working because you have to have energy to play an intense sport.
