Yes I have a very noob question , please help. Where can I find the financial statements for m&a transactions? on the Annual 10k reports? ( i.e how much was paid for goodwill, assets , etc ) . I tried looking at some companies 10K's and couldn't find the detailed financial statement for their m&a transactions. thanks very much again !
