Viking/Tiger/Lone Pine Spins in 2025

Thoughts on Surgo, Avala, Voyager, Anomaly, and the other TMT focused tiger fund spins in 2025. Are they attractive places to work? Culture / comp / etc and advice regarding the transition from PE would be helpful.

In late stage processes at two funds/similar funds so any specific info would be appreciated.

Surgo is very good, would join if you have offer. Anomaly culture is/was rough (as per friend who left a while ago). Don't know too much about Voyager but what I have heard is 1. Capital is mostly non-institutional 2. Believe the other analyst there left.
