Vista Equity Comp
Quick question. Anybody have any figures in Vista's comp the analyst level? A thread from a little while ago says it's below average, but curious to see what that means, especially since you're in a lower COL city than NY, Chicago or SF.

Company database says associate 1 pays 170 all in? Can’t be true. Says AN1 is 85+60 but only 2 reports for both. Still looking for more data points.

Curious abt Carry. $20bn fund, 3-4x MOIC. 15-25 bps for a principal is 15-25mm, 50-75bps for a partner is 50-75mm…time to work in enterprise saas MF PE haha. I’m sure the thoma bravo guys are doing even better
Good luck getting carry lol. You'd have to work at least 7-10 years to be eligible for your first, and still then it would be vested over 7 years.

What’s bonus like?
100k bonus+phantom carry
is this + 100k bonus+phantom carry confirmed for analysts (TC: 195k)? other thread has a guy claiming from on-cycle that Vista associate package was 250-275 all-in, as opposed to the 140+160+50 (TC:350k) which would make more sense, and definitely in-line with MFs
