Hey everyone, I was hoping to get some info about VRA Partners (ATL Based), specifically PE exits, WLB, culture, etc. I'm looking to stay in the southeast for PE recruitment, but wasn't sure if this place had a good rep. Doesn't seem to have too much info.

Seems to be growing in activity, deal flow, and quality, but still not on par with other firms in the SE (e.g., BlackArch) in terms of brand, reputation, etc. If you look at exits, look to be a handful of exits to LMM PE funds (think SBIC sized, with a couple more mid-market funds). This group, Croft and Bender and Bowstring are the best known LMM IB shops in ATL after STHR merged with Truist.
