Wasting Time Interviewing with Other Firms?
I am a sophomore and will be doing my 2018 summer at GS in the IBD. I have been offered Superdays for Blackstone, JPM SF, MS capital markets, BAML, and Lazard. Does it make sense to even interview at these other firms when I already have a shot at a return offer with GS? I'll end up doing the BX one but I don't even like BAML or Lazard that much, I just want to hedge against not getting a return offer, but I feel like I'm wasting time that I could be preparing for the opportunity I already have.
This is not a braggy post its just bizarre for me to decide so early about 2019 summer before forming an opinion about my 2018 one.
