Wealth Management at MS or investment banking at small local firm

I am a junior who is still deciding which internship opportunity I shall take for this summer. I ultimately hope to do IB and recruit for full-time IB roles for next year. I am wondering whether an internship at the wealth management division at a bulge bracket like MS or at a small local investment bank in Chicago is better in terms of applying for fulltime roles in IB.
