Weatherly IB Compensation Report - How Accurate?
Weatherly publishes the most comprehensive compensation report I have seen for Investment banking - associate level and above. For those who have seen the report, how accurate is it?
And for those curious about getting the report, you can go to the Weatherly Group's website and they ask for a $25 donation. They will then send you the report via email within 24 hours.

Here’s a link to the 2019 report without donation. Don’t think they’ve published 2020 yet. I’m curious on the accuracy as well.

Very accurate from my perspective. I contribute and receive that report annually. It’s the most reliable IMO.
Well worth the $25 voluntary donation as well.
Serously dude, with the money we make in banking, you can't encourage people to give back? It's not like they are trying to line their own pockets with money from this.
$25 donation for info you literally can find for free on here, or ask anyone for?
LOLOL y'all get scammed so easily.
Unfortunately I don’t post enough to give monkey shit to this...
If this data is true… we got absolutely reamed last year lol
-BofA Associate
Seriously. Not just BofA, lots of banks significantly reduced pay for associates these past couple years compared to the 2018-2019 period. This doesn’t even account for inflation.
