Wells Fargo Black, Hispanic/Latino, Corporate and Investment Banking leadership forum In Charlotte, NC 2023

I am a current sophomore who was recently invited to Wells Fargo's Black, Hispanic/Latino leadership forum for sophomore diversity students. I will be attending the event in Charlotte, and within the program is included an interview for a Summer 2024 Analyst position within their corporate and investment banking teams. Would anyone potentially have insight from previous years into what the interview included in this program will specifically cover, and how exactly I should best prepare for it? I've been studying up lots of technicals as well as trying to perfect my answers to the main behavioral questions. But I would greatly appreciate if there were any past participants of this program who'd be willing to share their experiences and preparation methods for their interview as well as the trip as a whole? Thank you.
