Sure better than the cvp one
It’s one of their strongest groups. The one issue with lev fin (from what I understand) at WFS is that their deals are mostly basic refis and don’t really do anything special. They lever the balance sheet but they don’t do any crazy deals like BofA, credit suisse, or Jefferies. Still a good group. Most of the seats are in Charlotte with some in SF. None in NYC.
I really appreciate the feedback, thank you. What would you say are the best groups at WF? Thoughts on their M&A group?
