if anyone has interned in this group/or will be interning there next summer/just knows about it lol what are your thoughts on the group? I was curious about the reputation, work you do in the group, exit ops and how intense it is. also how much is analyst comp?

I can’t speak to exit ops but I’ll say wells isn’t known for m&a but the bank is improving. I’ve heard the hours can be intense though, like most m&a groups. At 100% capacity, they’re at 100 hour weeks.
